The ancient sages and the modern physicists understand that all of creation unfolds from an underlying field of consciousness. Heart-based Meditation is an effortless, mantra-based meditation that connects us with that field of consciousness which animates all of life.
The benefits of a daily meditation practice are countless. Natural Meditation is a method for increasing awareness, obtaining deep relaxation, and developing consciousness. It is a skill that helps to relieve stress and allows for the full development of the human nervous system, creating more consciousness, more clarity and happiness.
